General Soedirman Monument

The Great Commander General Soedirman Monument was established to honor the national hero born in this Banyumas region. This monument features a giant bronze statue of General Soedirman on horseback. Inside the monument complex, there is a museum on the lower floor housing various historical collections of his struggle, including a replica of the litter used during guerrilla warfare. This place is an important historical education center for the younger generation to understand the spirit of patriotism.
